Würden Sie nicht lieber einfach Eth an Ihr Ledger senden, als Ihr Ledger mit Metamask zu verbinden?

Ich weiß nicht, ob Betrüger oder Hacker auf Ihren Ledger zugreifen können, wenn Sie eine Verbindung zur Metamaske herstellen, aber wäre es nicht sicherer, Ihren Ledger komplett von der Metamaske zu trennen und nur eth an Ihren Ledger zu senden?
Entschuldigung, wenn dies eine Anfängerfrage ist. Ich bin ziemlich neu im Umgang mit meinem Ledger und möchte mich nur so gut wie möglich vertraut machen, bevor ich irgendeine Art von Krypto versende.

Do NOT enter your ledger private key on metamask, use the connection feature from ledger and sign transactions on the hardware wallet.
Metamask is Just a software interface to the funds associated with your ledger. No hacker can retrieve your private key through metamask. The only thing you can fuck up is approving scammy transactions manually, but that’s on you.

Connecting your ledger to metamask does not store your crypto on metamask. It just gives metamask permission to view the accounts on your ledger and conduct transactions (which you approve with the device) via metamask that you cannot do with ledger live. That’s all. When I connect my ledger to metamask, I process a transaction via uniswap and then I remove the connection each time. So you’re thinking of a risk that doesn’t exist because you not exactly clear on how it works. I suggest to read up on it to gain a better understanding.

Once you allow a smart contract access to your assets it can always access it without you knowing it at a later date until you revoke that access. http://etherscan.io/tokenapprovalchecker
