Ich habe gerade meine nano X heute und ich habe einige Ethereum und Polkadot von meinem CoinSpot-Konto übertragen, ich habe gelesen, dass es bis zu einer Stunde dauern könnte. Ich habe alle richtigen Anweisungen befolgt, aber es sind jetzt schon 3 Stunden vergangen und es wird nichts in der App angezeigt, habe ich etwas falsch gemacht, damit es nicht angezeigt wird? Ich mache mir einfach Sorgen, danke im Voraus

I’ve sorted it, it was my own silly fault. Didn’t realise I had a confirmation email link I had to click, both cryptos have gone through. Thank you for your help guys

Eth can take awhile sometimes but transferred DOT 2 days ago and went through in 5 min. Is firmware and app current version. Had to upgrade my app version before I could do anything. Go into the Manage menu and check if current versions.

Exchanges send their transactions in batches so it might be in a queue. Check a blockchain explorer to see if the transaction is pending.

The coins show up in Ledger Live more-or-less immediately after the transaction hits the blockchain. The delay could be in your exchange actually sending the transaction.

It is highly dependent on the type of crypto, and of the network fees paid by the sender. And also, completely unrelated to the ledger. It is the same with any non-custodial wallet.

Can vary from a few seconds (for fast cryptos) to several hours (for slow cryptos or if the sender did not pay enough network fees).
