Wie lange dauert es, bis der Support bei Batterieproblemen reagiert?

Ich kaufte ein nano X von Ledger direkt und die Batterie funktioniert überhaupt nicht und gibt mir die Fehlermeldung, dass es keine Batterie angeschlossen ist.

Ich habe den Support vor einer Woche kontaktiert, aber nur die automatische Nachricht erhalten.

Hat jemand Erfahrung damit, wie lange der Support braucht, um zu antworten, und wie lange es dauert, das Batterieproblem zu beheben oder einen Ersatz zu bekommen?

Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass sie einen Prozess haben, da diese Probleme bekannt zu sein scheinen.

They are charging their battery before they reply. Could be a while.

I think there is a fix for that issue. It has something to do with the contact area where the battery sits not actually making contact with the battery.

I am still waiting after a couple of weeks. I haven’t even received a ticket number or any acknowledgement that they got my message.

They replied to me after 4 days. Just received my replacement today. It came in a different black paper sleeve but and the newer build device. It says [LEDGER] on it instead of the logo and then “Ledger”. The back now reads “Resilience by design” instead of “vires in numeris”.

I was skeptical but after looking at the advertised Nano X on the Ledger website, it shows the new [LEDGER] marking on the front. It seems a bit heavier than the old one for some reason. Could just be me. If anyone else has any info on this new replacement I’d love to hear what they have to say. Right now it is charging which is already better than the old one. Hopefully it gets to 100% and stays alive when I unplug it. I’ll keep you guys updated.

Edit: it is working how it should. Seems like they fixed the battery issues and added a new design.
