Die neue Wallet lädt automatisch diese spezielle Wallet, d.h. meine alte Ledger-Wallet mit allen Coins, Nfts, etc.

Was passiert außerdem mit der alten Wallet? Wird die Hardware-Wallet gelöscht oder habe ich im Grunde immer noch zwei Wallets, beide mit dem gleichen Portfolio?

You can have multiple Ledgers w/ the same seed phrase. Ledger Live can interact w/ both of them. All you’re doing is entering the phrase that allows Ledger to store your private key.

For instance I have a Nano S+ and a Nano X that both have the same private key. It’s fine, and you can use either and they’ll generate the same accounts.

To answer your first question yes! You would use your seed phrase to „[restore](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404382560913-Restore-your-Ledger-accounts-with-your-recovery-phrase?support=true)“ your accounts into another physical Ledger device.

The old wallet would still have the seed phrase that u just used to restore into the new wallet. both wallets will hold the same portfolio as u mentioned.

another cool thing is, now that u have 2 devices, u can technically use them separately and have 2 different sets of 24 word recovery phrases, but u want to make sure ur comfortable with this process of generating and restoring ur different private keys (24 word recovery phrases) or else you can permanently lose your funds. **definitely** practice the restoration process with a small amount of funds and get well-acquainted with the devices and how they use the 24 word recovery phrase to control your funds OP : )
