Es wäre viel einfacher für die Nutzer, der Quelle des Downloads zu vertrauen, wenn sie es einfach über den Mac App Store installieren könnten. Außerdem sind einige Macs so konfiguriert, dass sie die Installation von Software aus anderen Quellen als dem App Store nicht zulassen. Das scheint ein Versehen zu sein. Bitte korrigieren Sie dies.

Hey – we understand your concerns about the security and ease of installing Ledger Live on macOS. However, currently, Ledger Live is not available on the Mac App Store. You can safely download and install it from the official Ledger website.

If you’re using macOS Catalina, you might see a message saying that Ledger Live can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

Probably because they don’t want to deal with Apple’s TOU. That and the annual shakedown for dev licenses are the two reasons most software that avoids those do so.
