Ich habe also etwas Vechain von Kukoin übertragen, das auf der Kukoin-Seite als abgeschlossen angezeigt wird, aber auf der Ellipal-Seite nicht… gibt es normalerweise eine Verzögerung, bis es auf Ellipal angezeigt wird? Habe die richtige Adresse verwendet usw. Habe den Support angeschrieben, der 3 Tage brauchen könnte, um zu antworten! Sicherlich ist ein Live-Chat mit einem Agenten längst überfällig… 3 Tage! Möchte nicht ein Notfall sein

Exchanges can take a while to process it. Sure there can be a delay on ellipal but usual it shows up pretty quick. It’s more or less dependent on the exchange. It is also dependent on the chain. As all know btc or mirrors of it like lite coin, doge. Any fork of btc would be slow as well confirming transactions cuz the blockchain is slow. Where if you send through like xrp, Egld, solana would be much faster due to how their block chain works. Obviously any layer 2 would be super fast compared to btc

Sometimes I have to refresh it in elliipal like inside the coin view, then outside the coin view then on main wallet view. Then I do it again. Usually as long as it’s complete on chain it will pop into ellipal

Yes transfers from exchange can take a long time and the app is slow to update additionally. How long has it been? I have not tried vet.
