Unstake von Stader Labs Polygon – Münzen verschwinden

Ich habe Staking über Ledger auf Polygon Stader Labs Mai 2023.

Vor einer Woche habe ich ein UNSTAKE gemacht, (mit der Hilfe des Ledger Customer Support, nur um sicher zu sein, alles ist ok…ABER) seither sind meine Polygon Coins verschwunden. Ledger sagte, rede mit Polygon, Polygon sagte, rede mit Ledger. Da Stader Labs keinen Support hat, habe ich im Moment keine Ahnung, was ich tun soll.

Hey -sorry to hear about your issue. It seems like there might be a misunderstanding about how staking and unstaking works with Stader Labs. When you unstake your MaticX, it takes 90 checkpoints (2-3 days) as per Polygon’s native unstaking process before you receive your MATIC back to your account.
