Sagen Sie mir, Jungs, was ist passiert?

Gast::Is there any reason to leave Trezor connected while you are not around? It doesn’t have to be connected all the time for conjoin to work, or any other transactions for this matter. So i assume you remembered your passphrase eventually, correct? Were there any transactions at all, because if you enter even a slightly different passphrase, your Trezor will generate a completely different wallet, which, probably, will be empty.

Gast::It was a phishing scam, I think it would have been your 24 seed words? Not just a passphrase which is an optional feature on top of the 24 words. But the scammers might have just used that term.
Why would you need to enter anything like 24 words or a Trezor passphrase on screen when your Trezor device is the authority for that. Also when you make any transaction that’s broadcasted there is no need to keep the device plugged in

Gast::Wait bow can a passphrase not work? And how did uou gain access then?
Even if the wallet is compromised, still anyone with the seed and the matching passphrase would be able to see and access that wallet. If compromised it would be empty, yes, but nothing can be (un)done wrg to the passphrase set for the wallet. So that should always work.
There seems to some info missing about what you experienced and especially what was required to get access again?
And someone would need the passphrase to confirm any action. So depending on if that is somewhere stored or your pc is compromised, for example with a keylogger. But for now it is not fully clear what you experienced nor did…

Gast::Sounds like you most likely got phished. The Trezor will automatically lock after a certain amount of time. There is also a chance a roommate might’ve sneaked in your room before the auto-lock time expired, but he’d still need your pin for transferring funds. Someone having access to your mnemonic + passphrase has full control of the associated balances. You probably typed this in somewhere you shouldn’t. Learn. Adapt. Overcome.
