You should only be prompted to confirm the transaction once with the device (you wouldn’t be prompted to repeat this process in a looping fashion).
In this case you’ll want to make sure your Ledger Live version is fully updated ([here](https://www.ledger.com/ledger-live) is a link to the download for reference) and ensure everything’s up to date via the „**my Ledger**“ tab within Ledger Live as well.
If the issue persists, it may be best to uninstall and re-install Ledger Live on your computer (not to worry this has no effect on your funds) and then you can see if the error does indeed continue to occur.
