Also ich bin neu in Ledger und ich versuche, Seed-Phrasen zu verstehen. Angenommen, ich möchte SOL auf meinem Ledger nano X durch Phantom Wallet zu speichern. Wenn ich verliere oder zerstören meine Ledger brauche ich sowohl meine Phantom Phrasen und Ledger Phrasen oder werde ich in der Lage sein, alles zurück mit nur der Ledger Phrase zu bekommen?

Just the Ledger phrase will restore everything stored on the Ledger-linked addresses. The Phantom phrase only is for the hot wallet function of Phantom and has nothing to do with the Ledger addresses.

Ledger just gives convenient secure access to your private key = seed phrase

Nothing of value is stored there, gets destroyed NP, everything is on the blockchain online.

Anyone with your key/phrase can spend your coins, wallet is irrelevant

Its like this. Your funds belong to your seed. Thats it. Whatever wallet you enter it into will bring up your blockchain address and all the tokens in the account. The seed is your private key access (and control) of that wallet/account/blockchain public address.

Note: The moment you enter your cold storage seed phrase in a hot wallet you have rendered that seed phrase hot, as in its now a hot wallet phrase only because it has left the cold storage onto hot storage. It is no longer in cold storage only. Losing its secure, (hard wallet) cold-stored only existence.
