Jungs, ich habe ein Ledger nano s, dass ich in einer langen Zeit aktualisiert, ich habe gerade meinen PC aktualisiert und ich habe durch die echte Prüfung, aber jetzt Ledger Live nicht laden meine XRP Wallet. es gibt keine Update-Firmware-Taste irgendwo und im verlieren die Hoffnung. mein Ledger Gerät läuft versiom 2.1.0

Funds aren’t lost as long as you have your recovery seed. (and don’t go sharing it with scammers sending your private messages)

Have you tried just using XRP toolkit? (Or another PC)

Did you try removing the XRP app from your ledger, then reinstalling it?

Do you mean that you cannot see your XRP account in the accounts section in ledger live?

In that case, use „add account“ to see it.

If you can see the XRP account but your balance 8s incorrect, try to resync or clear the ledger live cache.

Is ledger live update? Try updating it first and see if update firmware for the nano s will show up.

In this case your Ledger’s firmware may be outdated. If this is the case, you can go to the „my Ledger“ tab in Ledger Live and see if there are any pending firmware updates, however the 2.1.0 version should be fully-updated for the Nano S firmware.

Alternatively, your Ledger Live software may be outdated. We have a link [here](https://www.ledger.com/ledger-live) to our website’s Ledger Live download tab as well (I like to bookmark this for future reference).

Once everything appears as updated, you can check the „my Ledger“ tab to confirm everything was updated properly (and there are no more available updates).

Notably, in the case you need to make a firmware update, you need to make sure that you have your 24 word recovery phrase on-hand. If the Ledger device resets for any reason during the firmware update, you’ll need your 24 word recovery phrase to [restore](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404382560913-Restore-your-Ledger-accounts-with-your-recovery-phrase?support=true) your funds back with the Ledger device.

When you say its not loading your wallet; what do you mean? Does it show any wallet; just one with an empty balance?

If yes, then grab a receive address. You can safely post your receive address here, as its public info, and cannot result in someone hacking from you.

I’m just afraid that if you do have a wallet showing, with a zero balance, that it may have already been emptied. But only way to tell is to view your wallets address on a blockchain explorer; which is why I’ve said to post it here.

With that said, under no circumstance should put your seed phrase anywhere. Never give that out to anyone.

Just go in and add a XRP account. It will populate with what you had before. Records are stored on the XRP blockchain. You are good, you didn’t loose anything. Just do the ol unhide.

have you tried accessing your XRP, using a desktop, with [https://www.xrptoolkit.com/connect-wallet](https://www.xrptoolkit.com/connect-wallet) (on chrome), with your ledger connected and in the XRP app?
