Also werde ich ein Ledger bekommen, um mein Kryptoabenteuer zu beginnen, jetzt habe ich vom S+ gehört, also könnte ich darauf warten, aber angenommen, ich bekomme das nano X… sollte ich mein Telefon irgendwie sicherer machen, bevor ich Krypto kaufe/verkaufe?

Außerdem höre ich immer wieder, dass die Gebühren für Ledger Live ziemlich hoch sind. Gibt es einen Ort, an dem die Leute normalerweise Krypto für weniger Gebühren kaufen, oder macht das meine Frage nach der Sicherheit jetzt überflüssig? 🤔

Your ledger is secure as long as you never ever give anyone the 24 words that the device will populate. Write it down, do not take a photo, do not save a file on your computer, and do not give it to anyone. Nobody legit will ask for it. Once complete, you’re good to go.

If you live in the US then just about any major service will be cheaper than Ledger for buying crypto. I’d checkout Coinbase Pro if looking for cheap fees. Then transfer to your device.

I honestly would look into a different hardwear wallet just because Ledger support really sucks. Just my opinion.
