Ich bin kürzlich umgezogen und eines meiner beiden Trezor-Saatgutphrasenhefte wurde möglicherweise verschenkt oder weggeworfen. Die Wallet ist passwortgeschützt, und ich habe das andere als Backup. Ist es besser, einen zweiten Trezor zu bestellen oder die Münzen an eine Geldbörse wie Jaxx zu schicken und den Trezor, den ich habe, zurückzusetzen?

Send the coins to another wallet temporarily, reset and generate new seed on Trezor (with passphrase if you want), send coins back to Trezor.

There is no reason in ordering a second Trezor.

Couldn’t they just make a hidden wallet in their current wallet to put all funds in that will have new passphrase/seed phrases? If not. Can someone explain why?

You better get on creating a new wallet and transfering your shit over. Take all your crypo out of the current wallet and move it into a new one. Once someone has hold of your seed phrase, they can access it without any permission from you.

The wallet is the just the „front of house“, you just lost your „back of house“ there fam. Whether you have a password set on the hardware itself, it doesn’t matter. You just lost the litteral key to your door, the door being the blockchain/network.

Each individual has their own key to the blockchain/network and anyone can access the blockchain/network, given that they hold ANY seed phrase.

Just create a new wallet on your current hardware and move your shit over. Keep that seed phrase safe and secure, don’t make the mistake again.

Buying yourself a new trezor will not do you any good.
