November 04th 1.14 eth wurde von legder gestohlen, obwohl ich sicher bin, dass der Passkey nie geteilt oder in einer Softcopy gespeichert wurde, der Exploit geschah, als mein Computer ausgeschaltet war. ich brauche eine Erklärung, ich kaufte ledger nur aus einem Grund, um sicher zu sein.

I checked your wallet. Since the transaction was a simple ETH transfer there are likely only 2 possibilities,

1. You exposed your seed phrase/private key somehow
2. You visited a dodgy website (check your browser history, you signed the transaction on Nov-04-2023 09:53:23 AM +UTC) and were prompted to execute an eth_sign request which you may have unwittingly done.

I’m leaning to 2. since that wallet that you sent your ETH to is apparently an active scammer. The address (0x8aB494FC1745203E78c05297748aF0225cDd8B17) is a bybit deposit address though so your next course of action is to make a police report and inform bybit. Not sure if bybit will cooperate but that’s probably your best shot at recovering anything.

Someone had your seed, someone got physical access to the ledger or you signed a malicious contract. Start with those 3 and work your way backwards to find the mistake you made. Sorry for your loss.

And the first access (presumably unauthorized according to you) to your account was 15 days ago, not nov 4th.

To me it looks more like a humam error tgan a leaked seed.

Hardware wallets can’t protect you from your own mistakes. Either you allowed someone to get your seed phrase, or you accepted some kind of smart contract. Whatever hard or soft wallet you were using, the eth would still be gone just the same.

I think you’ve misunderstood how a ledger works, it doesn’t matter if your computer is not turned on for years, someone with your seed can still access your funds, without your computer and without your ledger.

I’m thinking more to the human error side

the people that saying that I am fudding or whatever , why would I do such thing . this eth was my savings. and now I lost faith on crypto because this isn’t the first and that’s why I bought ledger at the first place .

It’s a huuuuuuuuge long shot, but it appears your ETH was eventually sent to Bybit. You could try contacting them to see if they’ll do anything to the owner of the address, but in all honesty, they have little incentive to do so because why should they trust you over anyone else?
