LOST CRYPTO??? Matic von Coinbase über Polygon Network an Ledger gesendet

Ich wusste nicht, dass Coinbase automatisch auf das Polygon-Netzwerk umgeschaltet hat, als ich mein Matic an meinen Ledger geschickt habe….aarrrrgg!!! Normalerweise benutze ich immer das ERC20 ETH Netzwerk.

Jetzt ist mein Matic im Polygon Netzwerk verloren gegangen. Ich habe nichts in meinem Ledger erhalten.

Was kann ich tun? kann ich diese Mittel wiederherstellen oder habe ich meine Kryptowährung wirklich für immer verloren?

Just add the polygon (matic) account in LL. Being an L2 it uses the same address as the erc20 chain

It’s the system, and our current society that drives people to this type of madness.

To play the devils advocate, didn’t she say she called someone prior, to request that no one be sent out, or something? Maybe she gets dozens of delivery people driving through her property every day. In all honesty, in a world, where some people just want to be left, alone, and disengaged from the rest of the world, I could see why it would make someone so angry, especially after probably having called about it many times.

I’m not justifying her madness – just trying to explain what might drive people to this sort of crazy behavior.

The MATIC should be there if you switch to the Polygon Network, it’s not gone, just not visible in Ledger Live probably.

Just access polygon via Metamask. For staking, use polygon network. For just watching, you can transfer the Polygon to eth with a small eth gas fee, so always have some eth left…

In ledger live it’s not visible, use metamask with your ledger and add your Ethereum network to it.
You will see 2 derivation Ethereum path. Select both of them and add polygon as well. You will see your polygon tokens.

So my MATIC usually shows up as a Ethereum Contract. . . how do I consolidate that crypto on my ledger balance with the new polygon MATIC that seems segregated from it?
