Ich habe ein seltsames Problem, das am Freitag 3/10/23 begann

Ich habe Ledger auf meinem Desktop und die Ledger-App auf meinem iphone

Am Freitagabend habe ich bemerkt, dass alle meine ERC20 Token nicht angezeigt werden (wie Shiba)

Am Samstag habe ich mein Desktop-Ledger auf die neueste Version aktualisiert und den Cache wie angewiesen geleert, um die Synchronisierung erneut durchzuführen.

wenn ich meine Ethereum-Adresse auf etherscan verwende, sehe ich, dass sie immer noch da sind (keine Transaktionen in 485 Tagen) Ich habe die Metamask-Wallet heruntergeladen und mit meinem Ledger verbunden

Ich sehe meine erc-Token dort und die Menge usw. stimmt, aber wenn ich sie auf metamask verschieben oder tauschen will, steht da 0 Coins

Ich denke, dass die shiba und andere ERC-Apps irgendwie aus dem Ledger entfernt wurden, aber ich kann sie nicht neu installieren? oder werden sie nur unter der Ethereum-App gehandelt? wenn ich die Ethereum-App auf dem Ledger aufrufe, heißt es „Token hinzufügen“ – ich gebe shiba inu ein und klicke dann auf „Weiter

Dann wird mir die Adresse angezeigt, an die ich die Token senden soll, aber mein Kontostand wird nicht angezeigt.

Tatsächlich habe ich 10 ERC-Token und KEINER von ihnen wird im Ledger angezeigt (mobil oder Desktop)

Here you are talking about ledger live, not the ledger device.

No token can be removed from the ledger device, since tokens are not in the device, they are on the blockchain.

But this is irrelevant, since you are using MetaMask.

If you cannot see the token using MM, you need to add the token in MM, or „add custom token“ using the token contract.

As long as the tokens are in your account on the blockchain, MM will show them (if you add them in MM, if needed).

hmmmm! now my ledger app is showing my tokens etc the desktop one still isnt but Im sure it will catch up

i have seen some other people saying the same thing. im not having this issue but i don’t doubt that there could be a simple UI issue. as long as ur seeing ur tokens generating on etherscan when u plug in ur address, u should be good : )

just keep ur 24 word recovery phrase safe and u know everythings okay – it’s probably just the software having some rollouts or something

Hey, it’s possible this is a sync issue with your Ledger Live. Then head to Ledger Live’s settings > help > and clear cache to refresh it’s block explorers

As you mentioned you can access your ETH and ERC20 tokens with Ledger connected to Metamask’s interface safely!

Same thing happened to me with avalanche Avax coins showing on etherscan at the ledger address but not showing in the ledger live app on my phone. I checked my laptop and they are showing in the desktop app and have now let me put avalanche c chain on phone app. Shib , ape coin i have are shown under ethereum tab on ledger app on phone.
