Ich habe meine 24 Recovery Keyphrase verloren und mein Live-Konto ist mit meiner Wallet verbunden. Ich kann mein aktives Guthaben und meinen Transaktionsverlauf sehen, aber wenn ich versuche, btc an eine andere Wallet zu senden, wird die Verbindung immer wieder unterbrochen. Meine Firmware für mein Blue ist auf 2.0.1 und mein Live ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich habe versucht, mein Ledger Live zu downgraden, aber es lässt sich immer noch nicht verbinden. Ich habe auch versucht, eine ältere Version von Electrum und es wird nicht verbinden, wenn ich meine btc Wallet auf meinem Gerät geöffnet haben. Wenn jemand kann mir bitte helfen, das wäre toll,

Try older versions of electrum, e.g. 3.0. What versions have you tried already?

You may also want to try installing older versions of ledger live, although in my experience, you will have better chances with electrum.

If nothing works, we do have low-level tools that should be able to resolve your situation (e.g. by extracting the BTC xprv extended private key), similar to the tools we used in this recovery:

However, as this would require special development for the Ledger Blue (so far we have only tested our tools on Nano’s), it would be worth the effort only if you lost access to significant funds.

Regarding your lost 24-word recovery phrase, it’s crucial to understand that this phrase is the only way to restore your assets if your device is lost, reset, or stops working. Without it, you won’t be able to access your assets if you can’t use your current device. Only you have access to it during set-up! Hopefully this helps
