Völlig paranoid. Also habe ich Casa beigetreten und um eine Multi-Sig VAULT einzurichten, habe ich Ledger als mein Hardware-Gerät verwendet. Es sagt, dass es mein Gerät synchronisieren will, dann will es, dass ich meinen Ledger-Pin eingebe, um „meinen PUBLIC-Schlüssel zu exportieren“. Woher weiß ich, dass ich nicht unwissentlich meinen 24-Wort-Seed exportiert habe?

My advice is to stop using Ledger and switch to another hardware wallet. That’s a reality a lot of us are coming to, sadly.

You’re going to have trouble getting reliable answers in this sub now because Ledger is hiding comments they don’t like. For example, can you see either of these comments? [One](https://np.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/14cq8o9/old_ledger_nano_s_vs_new_ledgers/jon5v6m/), [Two](https://www.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/14cq8o9/old_ledger_nano_s_vs_new_ledgers/jon900z/). Can you see [this post](https://np.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/144439c/ledger_please_answer_this_question/)? I’m pretty sure Ledger hid them.

Even if you feel safe today, every single time you connect your Ledger going forward, you’re going to have to wonder if there’s any chance malware can be used to exploit the part of their firmware which I’m not allowed to mention because they’ll hide the comment automatically if I do. And that too speaks to whether or not you should trust Ledger long term.

Owning crypto means being your own bank. In the end, only you can decide how much trust matters when it comes to your security.

I am not familiar with Casa so I’m not sure I understand the question. Are you asking whether your seed phase could be exported if your Ledger device was set up in a multisig configuration with another hardware device, and that other device has no „Ledger Recover“ backdoor shenanigans? If so, I would also like to know.
