Ich habe einige Alt-Münzen auf meine neue Geldbörse gelegt und bemerkt, dass einige von ihnen zwar den Kontostand anzeigen, aber keinen Dollarbetrag neben sich haben. Also habe ich versucht, sie an MM zurückzuschicken, aber ohne Erfolg. Ich bin nicht in der Lage, Pitbull oder Safemoon V2 zu senden, obwohl sie ein Gleichgewicht zeigen. Die Transaktionen scheinen durchzugehen, schlagen aber kurz darauf fehl. Außerdem werden mir jedes Mal BNB-Münzen für diese Transaktion berechnet, und sie nehmen die BNB, ohne sie zurückzugeben, obwohl die Transaktion fehlschlägt. Mein Geld steckt also fest und ich bekomme immer wieder Gebühren für den Versuch, mein Geld zu bewegen, obwohl es sich nicht bewegt….awesome.
Ich habe auch Theta, das den $-Betrag anzeigt, aber ich wollte versuchen, es zurück zu übertragen, und es tut nicht einmal so, als würde es durchgehen, es gibt mir nur eine Fehlermeldung, dass ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll.
Ich habe auch versucht, auf die neueste Firmware zu aktualisieren, und das schon seit 4 Tagen. Ich formatiere die Datei immer wieder und lade sie neu herunter, aber sie geht immer wieder auf 98% und schlägt dann fehl.
Ich bin wirklich nicht begeistert von meiner neuen Anschaffung und wünschte, ich hätte einfach ein Ledger gekauft.
Weiß jemand, ob ich diese Wallet in einer anderen Wallet wiederherstellen kann? Wie Atomic Wallet oder Exodus? Oder sind sie nur auf einem anderen Ellipal wiederherstellbar?

Lately I feel like ellipal has really dropped the ball, feels like they are making very little effort to address issues and just focusing on dealing new products
For example, the update 3.3 was meant to allow the titan to connect to ellipal. I have not seen one person who did it successfully yet and ellipal has avoided answering questions on it.

How bout u help me send me out my bnb tokens then, calculate my gas for me. For example trust will auto calculate my bsc tokens gas, ellipal does this with all of my other currency’s, eth btc Ada ect. But it won’t let me send the bsc tokens or exchange em, and it has no problem taking my bnb for it, which is suppose to be the gas. And ellipal is of no help.
It’s not me, it is the platform. There is something that goes wrong in between the QR code and processing the transaction, it’ really shouldn’t be that difficult. -
Im getting try again later error when attempting to transfer atom I remember seeing a fix for this before but can’t find it if anyone can point me to it much appreciated also found my attempted transfers still haven’t been added back to my account yet so yes I will try again later but I need my coins back to try again – and to scammers no I won’t give you my mnemonic so don’t bother responding
