Hallo zusammen.

Gestern habe ich einige BTC mit Coinify über Ledger Live gekauft. Über 24 Stunden später ist es immer noch nicht auf meiner Wallet. Ich habe Ledger Live auf 3 Geräten. Ich habe immer wieder synchronisiert, den Cache geleert und die Firmware aktualisiert. Der Bitcoin ist immer noch nicht in meinem Wallet, das Geld scheint immer noch auf meinem Konto als ausstehende Transaktion zu sein. Ich habe Coinify geschrieben und der Support ist nur von Montag bis Freitag geöffnet, also noch keine Antwort.
Was soll ich jetzt tun?

oh fuck. i really hope it wasnt much. i havent used coinify but it sounds liek a possible scam. it is UNACCEPTABLE for a crypto exchange to not have 24/7 support.

in future, i recommend BitCoke as they’re stellar

I have no input on coinify but most of the services that are offered through ledger live are shit. If you have access to one of the big exchanges such as coinbase, kraken, or binance, always buy your crypto there and send to your wallet

Wait until Monday. Hang on to the transaction hash and check it on blockstream. Only buy from a major exchange or PayPal in the future. Don’t highly recommend paypal but at least it’s legit compared to Ledger’s gallery of rogues.

You will probably get your BTC eventually but I guarantee they’re going to make you jump through hoops now that they’ve got your money. Never before; always after.

On a average how long does it take you guys to transfer your bitcoin to your ledger? Ive heard stories it takes a hour?

Coinify is the biggest scam in year. Just google it…
You will be stuck in kyc process and never recieve anythink, like everyone else… sorry mate )=

I really like my Ledger Nano X, I actually have 2. I used to buy BTC from Coinify and MoonPay, but I switched to only using strike.me I think it’s the cheapest way to buy BTC. And I immediately transfer to my ledger wallet. I wish Ledger and Strike would work together.
