Oh, wie schnell hat sich meine Meinung in etwa einem Monat geändert.

Zwischen ihrem verpfuschten Update von Anfang des Monats, das meinen Nano X (und anscheinend viele andere) gelöscht hat, bis hin zu keinen Korrekturen oder echten Updates, abgesehen von mehr Leuten, die das gleiche Problem melden.

Mein Krypto ist jetzt nur noch auf Live mit einem Nano X gefangen, der keine Apps zur Unterstützung installieren will. Resets und Seed Recovery nicht beheben, wie es offenbar Firmware bezogen ist.

Der Support wird nicht helfen. Überfliege nur eine Minute hier, um das zu wissen. Alles, was du bekommen wirst, sind Betrüger, die dir Nachrichten schicken und sich als Support ausgeben. Vielleicht werden sie es besser machen, wenn das Stax herauskommt, aber ich halte nicht den Atem an.

Sie können damit prahlen, dass es von einem ehemaligen Apple-Designer geplant wurde, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie bei dieser Aussage einige Apple-Techniken übernommen haben, um alte Hardware zu verpfuschen und die Leute davon zu überzeugen, auf das nächste, neue Ding umzusteigen.

Can you go into specifics, like what behaviour you get from both the device and the live Ledger when you do x or y? (Or if you have already, link to that post)

Stuff like what is being displayed on both the device and L. Live?

Like a user saying „doesn’t work“ can mean the device has the bootloader mode message, or ledger live is stuck on an animation. I know it is frustrating to verbalize all details, but engineers can’t really guess what’s wrong from such general user descriptions.

Get a Ledger Nano S Plus and have them credit you. I think the problem is with the Bluetooth connection.

Restore your old seed phrase to the new device and voila. Annoying but would probably fix your issue.

I have the same issue with the x after the update. Will not connect with Bluetooth. Battery issue.
