Nach dem Herunterladen der Trezor Suite Software von [trezor.io](https://trezor.io) (ich habe die Domain dreifach überprüft), öffne ich die Anwendung und sie stürzt sofort ab und zeigt in zwei neuen Fenstern Folgendes an.

Dies sieht nach einer Betrugssoftware aus, die die legitime Version irgendwie huckepack nimmt.

Ich habe natürlich keine Seed-Phrasen eingegeben, aber hat jemand anderes dies gesehen?

Hahaha oh man. Ya that’s a total scam. Good job not putting in your seed. Always download from there official website and use gpg to verify that that download is authentic. Best of luck buddy. You dodged a bullet

**IT DOESN’T.**

That’s a scam, which means you should know better than to blame it on Trezor.

That being said, Trezor (and all hardware wallet makers) need to do a better job of helping users figure out if an app is a scam. I think every hardware wallet should come with a card that has a QR code to lead users to the real software.

a virus might have modified your hosts file to redirect any official trezor software download to their fake application.

if i was you i would just backup the files you need and reinstall windows fresh from a usb, just to be 100% sure nothing is missed by anti virus software.

1.) Downloading the legit Trezor Suite software from Trezor.

2.) Ending up with a scam app.
