Seems like your Opera wallet can only send it as an Ethereum or Polygon token.
ERC-20 is Ethereum.
Polygon is…well, Polygon – a layer-2 solution for Ethereum transactions made as another blockchain.
These are two different chains.
If you want to have it on Ethereum (much higher transaction fees, but more compatibility) – go with ERC-20, make sure you have an Ethereum app on your Ledger installed, make a wallet in Ledger Live or connect Metamask to Ledger or whatever, and send it there.
If you want to have it on Polygon (much less fees, less compatibility) – go with Polygon, again, make sure you have Polygon app installed on Ledger, then use a Polygon wallet in Ledger Live or set up your Metamask for the Polygon chain (there are quides online) and connect it to Ledger, and send it there.
You can probably send it as one of these and maybe use some sort of bridge or whatever.
Anyway, on any blockchain your FTMs will have the same value.
