Guten Abend zusammen!

Kurze Frage, ursprünglich installiert Ledger Live auf meinem Mac und Konten eingerichtet, exportiert sie auf iOS keine Probleme.

Jetzt versuche ich, Ledger Live auf meinem Windows-Laptop einzurichten, habe Ledger ohne Probleme angeschlossen, aber die Konten werden nicht angezeigt! Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, ob man vielleicht von seinem Nano X importieren kann?

Ich bin neu bei Ledger, wie Sie sehen können!

So, in this situation, once you have Ledger Live installed ([here](https://www.ledger.com/ledger-live) is a link to the download tab for reference) you would navigate to the „accounts“ tab in Ledger Live and with your Ledger plugged in, you’ll add back each account, for each type of crypto you had on your Mac, for example.

In the case that you’re not able to click into the „accounts“ tab, there’s a chance you’ll need to go to the „portfolio“ tab and add your first account, and then once this is done the „accounts“ tab should be a click-able option and you can add the rest of your accounts from there.

I also wanted to mention, **Ledger Live will NEVER ask users to enter their 24 word recovery phrase**. If you ever see this, then you know it’s a fake phishing scam and it should be reported and ignored.

You would need to add all the accounts manually on new devices, as the accounts were not ‘synced’ in any way, as far as I am aware.
