ETH und AVAX an Ellipal Titan Mini über das Cronos-Netzwerk gesendet (was nicht unterstützt wird)

Als Neuling im Wallet-Spiel habe ich mich dafür entschieden, ETH und AVAX über das Cronos-Netzwerk an meinen Ellipal Titan Mini zu senden, weil es so billig ist; jetzt weiß ich, dass dieses Netzwerk nicht unterstützt wird.

Daher habe ich die Token nicht in meiner Ellipal-Wallet erhalten; ich kann bestätigen, dass ich die Token an die richtige Adresse geschickt habe.

Ich habe mich mit dem Live-Support auf der Website in Verbindung gesetzt, Villian war sehr hilfreich.

Nachdem ich jedoch seinen Rat befolgt habe, meine privaten Schlüssel in eine Trust-Wallet auf der Cronos-Kette zu übertragen/öffnen, sind die Token immer noch nicht erschienen.

Hat jemand Tipps/Ratschläge, um Zugang zu meinen Token zu erhalten? (p.s. eine Bestätigung, dass meine Token „stecken“ und nicht „verloren“ sind, wäre großartig).

I’d suggest installing the [SafePal Wallet App](https://www.safepal.com/en/appinfo), and re-enter your seed phrases from your Ellipal Titan Mini wallet. It has good coin/token support with access to many different blockchains. It’s generally my fallback App if I stuff up by sending using the wrong network chain. It’s easy to do. We all do it at least once!

Note, you’ll need to add the tokens via „Manage Coins“ at the bottom of your initial coin list. Add all the Eth and Avax tokens by filtering using the Chronos network. Just beware, that some of these tokens are probably scam tokens. I wouldn’t worry too much though. After adding them all, just go back to main screen and look for the totals that aren’t zero. You’ll then be able to transfer or swap them. Delete them when you’re finished.

It’s highly unlikely that you’ve lost them. You just have to find the right tokens.

*Also, just ignore anyone on here offering to help you via DMs. They are just cockroach scammer scum, willing to „help“ you, by taking your funds off you.*

Make sure you entered the seed phrases into SafePal correctly, and any passphrase, if you happened to use one. Has to be exactly identical, or you’ll end up with a different wallet.

I can only further suggest that you study up on the use of MetaMask wallets and/or SafePal.

They both allow the addition of **custom tokens**. You enter the ***contract address*** for the token you want to add, and with luck it’ll appear in your wallet with a total. The contract address specifically is tied to the particular token and network. However I’m no expert on this, but I’d recommend doing some research on this.
