My ellipal still doesn’t update. I purchased 3 sd cards (16gb, 128gb and 1T). I formatted them all and downloaded the update file right onto the sd cards. Nothing. I then extracted the files. Nothing. I followed all the steps forward and backwards. Nothing. Help!
