Mine works fine. Format the sd card. Put the download on the sd card and unzip it on the card (I did use my own card but it should work fine). Then follow the website instructions EXACTLY. There is a step by step.

Make sure you don’t unzip the files that come with the zipper. Then move the files into the designated spot then allow to download. Eject, put into Ellipal device. Make sure your unit is off as far as power. Once the charging symbol shows, turn device on (while still charging) will start flashing and indicate that the download is taking place.
