Mein ADA ist verschwunden, als ich es von der App auf USDT Omni auf meiner ellipal-Hardwallet übertragen habe. Also USDt Omni sagt $0 Balance nach der Übertragung aller meiner ADA zu ihm. Und JETZT KANN ICH NICHTS MIT MEINEM DOT MACHEN!! Wenn ich versuche, meinen DOT zu übertragen oder zu tauschen, wird jedes Mal, wenn ich den ersten QR-Code scanne, um ihn zu übertragen, „signature parsing failed“ angezeigt.

After reading so many problems that people are facing with Ellipal and not being able to add my custom Polygon tokens to Ellipal Titan and on top of that customer support not responding to my emails, I am feeling that I wanted my money on this product. I think I should return back the hardware and get my money back as I just bought it last week
