Du hast die Titan Ellipal Cold Wallet. Hat 2 Jahre lang gut funktioniert. Dann brach mein Telefon und nicht installieren app auf neue Telefon für 9 Monate. Nun bin ich dazu gekommen und habe meine Hardware-Wallet mit der App verknüpft und sie sagte, dass sie erfolgreich sei. Jetzt wird mein Kontostand immer noch nicht angezeigt, nachdem ich 2 Wochen lang versucht habe, das herauszufinden. Es ist unmöglich, dass jemand meinen privaten Schlüssel gestohlen hat. Zum Glück war es nur ein Tausender oder weniger, aber ich bin immer noch sauer darüber. Irgendwelche Hilfe oder relationale Ereignisse mit dieser Wallet? Danke

I actually figured it out. For others w this problem my funds were safe the qhole time. What I did I imported my seed phrase and account then I linked my cold wallet and still no balance. Then what I did that worked for me was deleted my account on ellipal app and then just clicking on connect to hardware wallet and boom it worked. Hope this helps anyone.

If you EVER imported (typed) your seed phrase in your cellphone, your doomed to loose your crypto.

Your wallet is now HOT and not COLD anymore.

I don’t know if I can help much but in the app is it showing nothing or can you see your transaction history and everything else but you have a balance of zero?
