Ich habe gerade ein Ledger nano s plus vor 2 Tagen von Best Buy gekauft, alles auf meinem Macbook eingerichtet und meine Krypto auf sie verschoben. Am nächsten Tag schließe ich das Ledger an meinen Laptop an und es reagiert nicht, der Bildschirm ist komplett schwarz. Ich habe alle Lösungen ausprobiert, die auf der Website angeboten werden, und habe versucht, einen anderen Computer zu verwenden, aber keine Lösung. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie man das beheben lol?

Have you tried changing the cable? Could be a cable problem.

When I first got my new nano s + it wouldn’t respond, until I pushed the USB connector harder into the device. It looked hooked up but wasn’t. Now it works awesome.

Have you tried power up from wall socket instead of off laptop?

As long as you have the 24 word recovery phrase you have nothing to worry about. Get a new one and setup with recovery phase. You will have to add any apps that you added to your original ledger and you will see all your crypto.
