      Ich kann meinen Kontostand und die entsprechende öffentliche Adresse meiner Wallet in der Ellipal App sehen.

      Ich versuche, mein Konto auf der Cold Wallet mit der ursprünglichen Seed-Phrase / Passphrase….. wiederherzustellen, erhalte jedoch eine andere Adresse, die nicht mit der in der App übereinstimmt.

      Wie kann ich das Problem beheben und mein Konto auf der kalten Wallet wiederherstellen?

      Account has been successfully recovered on Hardware/App.

      Sounds like you have a typo in either the seed or the passphrase.

      Recover with your old seed and passphrase.

      Delete the app and wipe the Ellipal (few times wrong passphrase) setup importing using seed on HW wallet download app and connect app to HW wallet should fix it.

      If not I would do a new account on the Ellipal import old seed with funds in trust wallet or something similar,Send funds to new account on Ellipal.

      Both are not ideal this is what I would do/try.

      Hi,

      If the wallet address generated by importing the mnemonic phrases is a new wallet address that does not match your expected one, there are 3 possible reasons. We recommend that you check them out one by one.

      Reason 1: You are using mnemonics of a different account or some words are incorrect or in a wrong order.

      Reason 2: Select the wrong address type at the recovery step(Segwit or non-Segwit)

      Reason 3: If you added a passphrase when you created the account, please add it when you recover the account. If you don’t add or write the wrong passphrase, the address will be different.

      You may simply check by XRP address, If the XRP address is the same but other coin addresses different, The reason is number 3.
