If your transaction shows as successful in your swap history but you haven’t received the swapped assets, it could be due to a delay in the process. Swapping assets involves several steps and each can take some time to get processed. Factors such as network congestion and processing times of the swap provider can impact the delay.
Can you try clearing the cache in Ledger Live to see if that works? Settings > Help > Clear Cache
