Ich habe von meinem Telefon aus BTC an eine andere Wallet geschickt, ohne die Ellipal Wallet zu benutzen, um etwas zu signieren? Wie konnte das passieren? Als ich das Gerät zum ersten Mal bekam, habe ich zuerst mein Konto/ meine Seed-Phrase in der Wallet erstellt und dann die App heruntergeladen und in die Telefon-App gescannt. Ich dachte, dass ich meine Wallet benutzen muss, um Transaktionen zu signieren, um Krypto aus der Wallet zu senden.

I went through the same thing. Make sure you have the Ellipal set up, have your seed phrase safe, delete your ellipal app (funds are safe, they’re on the blockchain), reinstall ellipal app on phone and then connect your ellipal to the app.

It will change the top balance section to blue with „cold wallet).

Blue color is cold storage for unit use protection. Most of the issues posted here are user error.

In the app, is the account you are using and have your crypto in blue colored? The blue one is the cold wallet associated with and protected with the ellipal device. I am not an ellipal pro and just use it for deep storage but if the coins are in one of the other colors then I think you are using the hot wallet aspect of the app which was why you could send without confirming with the device. You need to move them to the blue wallet. See if that looks like the problem.

Would you DM us your transaction screenshot? If a transaction sends by a cold wallet, it would ask for a signature by the cold wallet. If a transaction sends by a hot wallet, it doesn’t require a cold wallet signature.
