Hallo Leute. Ich hatte Ledger Live auf meinem Windows-PC installiert. Aber der PC konnte nicht richtig starten, also war ich gezwungen, meinen PC auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen. Dabei wurde natürlich auch die Ledger Live-App gelöscht. Also habe ich Ledger Live auf meinem PC neu installiert, es mit meinem Ledger Nano S synchronisiert, und der angezeigte Kontostand ist VIEL niedriger als der Kontostand meiner öffentlichen Bitcoin-Adresse.

Ledger Live zeigt mir einen Kontostand von nur 0,023 BTC an.

Meine öffentliche BTC-Adresse zeigt einen Kontostand von 0,417 BTC an.

Ich habe versucht, den Cache in Ledger Live zu leeren, aber ohne Erfolg – der Kontostand bleibt bei 0,023 BTC.

Unter „Latest Operations“ werden nur ein paar aktuelle Transaktionen angezeigt, die korrekt sind. Aber die Transaktionen enden dort.

Ich weiß, dass ich nie einen einzigen Satoshi verkauft oder abgehoben habe und dass meine Seed-Phrase super sicher ist.

Was ist da los? Muss ich Ledger Live mehr Zeit geben, um sich mit den älteren Transaktionen zu synchronisieren?

UPDATE: Ich habe das Problem behoben! Dank der Hilfe von anderen Benutzern hier musste ich Electrum herunterladen. Electrum war dann in der Lage, alle meine vergangenen Transaktionen zu erkennen. Das Problem war, dass Ledger Live keine Legacy btc Transaktionen nach einem bestimmten Datum erkennen kann. Deshalb wurde der korrekte Saldo nicht in Ledger Live angezeigt. Ich habe meine Legacy BTC in Native Segwit (bc1) BTC umgewandelt. Ich benutze immer noch Ledger Live.

If you see your coins on the blockchain, then you’re good. It’s probably a glitch, just wait for an update or something. Alternatively, you can connect the ledger to electrum if you want to make a transaction.

Also use Ledger Live phone app to check, sometimes PC app is buggy.

I think it was most likely a sync issue, i never heard about such „limitation“.

Then head to Ledger Live settings > help > and clear cache to refresh its block explorers

always use electrum to check those diff account type options for BTC. u can play with derivation paths from there but thats a little bit more confusing :3

always best to just make the account in ledgerlive from now on and nativesegwit is probably most used nowadays well for nowadays at least
