For some reason ERC20 tokens are not showing up in Ledger Live. My SHIB disappeared but if you go to [etherscan.io](https://etherscan.io) and scan your address you should see your all your crypto. I haven’t been able to get mine to show back up in ledger live. Hopefully its a bug and they fix it soon.

Do you mean, they were transferred to some other addresses?

If so, it may help if you could post some of the suspicious transactions that you found on the blockchains (using blockchain explorers).

Or it could just be a display / Sync issue with ledger Live.

If you found unauthorized transaction, this means that you somehow leaked your ledger recovery seed phrase. Anyone with access to it can take all your funds.

Hey there, if you see your funds on etherscan then there is nothing to worry about, indeed might be a synchronization error, please make sure your versions are up-to-date in the order mentioned here: [https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/8458939792669-How-to-perform-a-complete-update-of-your-Ledger-setup?docs=true](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/8458939792669-How-to-perform-a-complete-update-of-your-Ledger-setup?docs=true)

Then head to Ledger Live’s settings > help > and clear cache to refresh it’s block explorer
