Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe zwei Nano S plus Geräte, die ich früher benutzt habe und beide waren für eine Weile weggeschlossen. Ich habe einige Kryptowährungen, die ich gerne auf einem von ihnen übertragen möchte. Ich verbinde das Gerät mit Ledger Live, was problemlos funktioniert, und auf der Registerkarte „Mein Ledger“ sehe ich das Gerät und die darauf installierten Anwendungen. Dann klicke ich auf „Konto hinzufügen“, wähle BTC aus und dann bleibt der Bildschirm „Konten hinzufügen“ beim Laden hängen.

Ich habe versucht, Ledger zurückzusetzen, neu zu installieren und auch das andere Gerät zu verwenden, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen. Es bleibt einfach beim Laden hängen – ich habe versucht, 30 Minuten zu warten, aber kein Glück.

Haben Sie einen Tipp, wie ich das Problem beheben kann?

I have the exact same issue, I just took mine out of storage and want to take my coins off. I’ve updated the firmware and reinstalled the required apps but I cannot add the accounts to see my balance of coins I have on my ledger.

If you open the application on your physical Ledger device, and then attempt to add the account from the accounts tab, does the error persist? Ideally this should resolve any issues with adding your accounts.

I also wanted to ask, did this error just begin to occur – or rather – when was the last time you were able to add accounts without this error?

Same here.

I was able to add accounts through the ‚accounts‘ tab, hitting ‚+ Add account‘. However it only worked when i did it immediately after a failed attempt. There is something wrong with the double button confirmation not being recognised the first time.

Same here.

I have the issue when adding an account – it keeps loading.
Eventually it worked by chance.

When using the function to receive funds, it also is stuck on loading and only works by chance after several attempts.
