      Hat noch jemand Probleme mit dem neuesten Firmware-Update. Das Ellipal erkennt das neueste Update auf der SD-Karte nicht. Ich kann das Update physisch auf der Karte sehen.
      Wenn ich jedoch den Adapter und die SD-Karte an den Titan anschließe, erhalte ich eine Meldung, die derjenigen ähnelt, dass die App mit der aktuellsten Firmware aktualisiert wurde, aber es ist 3.9. Hilfe

      It’s your sd card size make sure it’s 16gb or less also make sure it’s formatted properly. I forgot which format but their website says it. I think it’s fat32

      Thank you to those who truly meant to assist without malice. I deleted all the previous updates and downloaded 3.10 again. Following the Ellipal update protocols, I was able to successfully update the firmware. Thank you.

      Yes I had the same problem.
      What you must do is hold down the unit on the charger. It then should see the file.
      Also, it took three times going through the up grade until it finally succeeded.

      I just did the firmware upgrade last week and it went fine. Also I found out that the SD card size does not matter. Mine was 64 GB and it went all fine. It just needs to be formatted to FAT32
