Meh, got used to it.
Always got to display the wrong amount. Either non-zero values for coins that I have all of them staked (ATOM shows non-zero while all my coins are staked). Sometimes I get a 0 display value for coins I do have, but blockchain still says I have those coins. So if the ETH is in your ETH address according to the blockchain, you have nothing to worry about.

Stop referring people outside this forum for help .. it’s not real .

I’m having the same issue. Also transferred from CB and until today the transactions were there and ETH balance was correct. I can clearly see the transactions deposited to the correct address on the blockchain. Unfortunately I’m not sure if we’ll get a response from anyone. Few weeks ago I had an issue and I sent a message through telegram, email directly through their website and posted here. Still waiting. Thankfully I finally figured that issue out. Hope I have the same luck this time. It appears that customer service is nonexistent.

Sadly I do not know how to. It may have been a problem for me if I was not using the Ellipal to HODL LONG time.

Ellipal did something and it looks like fixed it and the transactions are back listed. For those frustrated with customer service, they seem to pay attention to this forum much better than responding to emails.

I am using my ellipal titan. I have transferred from ETH cold wallet

many coins in past no problem.

Yesterday I tried to transfer SNX about 400 USD worth,

AAVE about 400 USD work and UMA about 50 USD worth to my crypto.com wallet.

Using the ERC20 token address provided, they failed to transfer – this happened after multiple attempts, after changing gas fee upwards and changing max fee upwards and also changing tip upwards to max and after tyring to split orders into smaller amounts.

Other transactions yesterday had no problem – is there something wrong with the SNX, AAVE and UMA wallets that prevents me from sending these out of the ellipal cold wallet?

Is there any other reason this could be happening?

Also even though each of these transactions failed (now attempted around 10 times) the failed transactions never appear in my ellipal ETH wallet for AAVE, UMA or SNX – is this a broken feature?

Advice how to get my coins of this wallet would be appreciated.

I have emailed ellipal support but no useful feedback or response received yet.

I freaked out when all my ETH showed zero. Mine will disappear from time to time but if you go to the coin and look at the transactions it isn’t removed and the total is still on the block chain. Give it some time and the system should show the right amount.
