      – There is no centralization, there are no ways to invalidate an address.

      – Check the blockchain, if you need any info on transactions or addresses it will be on there. So, use a blockchain explorer to find any info. Two random examples: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer and https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/. Search your receiving address (the address that you sent to) there, or if you have a transaction ID, search that one.

      – If you’re transferring for the first time on a service (like an exchange), always make a test transaction first with a small amount. When that’s a success, send the rest. This way, you will minimize any possible losses as much as possible.

You reentered your PIN incorrectly multiple times and the ledger reset? If so, then your ledger now has a completely different set of keys than it did before the reset and does not have access to the same set of accounts that it did prior. You need to reenter the 24 word seed phrase into the ledger to restore access to those original addresses. But the existing address on the blockchain will always be valid, and sending something from an exchange to that address will always work – it’s just that if it’s a ledger-protected address that is tied to that initial 24-word seed, you need to reset the ledger up with that seed if you ever want access to it.

„Can I still receive emails if I log out of my Gmail on my phone?“

      That’s what you sound like.

Hi! Please note that your crypto assets are not stored inside the Ledger device or inside the Ledger Live application. Rather, they are stored on the blockchain. Your Ledger hardware wallet just holds the private keys that provide access to your funds on the blockchain.
As long as you still have your 24-word recovery phrase, you will always be able to restore or export your private keys on any compatible wallet anytime you want 😃

Could you please make sure that your versions are up to date, and then clear Ledger Live’s cache?

      – Update Ledger Live:

      – Clear cache:

When you did the reset, did you reset just ledger live or your actual ledger or both? if you reset both, was your actual ledger setup from scratch? If you did, did you correctly enter your seed phrase? The old BTC address is tied to that seed phrase so if you are using a new one or entered it incorrectly it would not show up as that address is associated with your original phrase.
