Hallo Leute, ich hatte kürzlich ein Problem mit meinem Ledger x (Batterieladefehler).
Ich habe eine Anfrage an den Support geschickt und ein neues Gerät bekommen.
Ich habe es erfolgreich wiederhergestellt, indem ich meine 24 Wörter eingegeben habe.
Meine Frage ist also, kann ich jetzt mein altes Gerät zurück zu Ledger schicken und das neue Gerät benutzen, wie kann ich sicher sein, dass ich mit dem neuen Ledger senden und empfangen kann (ich habe Angst, dass ich meine Vermögenswerte nicht verschieben kann).
Ich habe nur einen Vermögenswert, aber einen ziemlich großen Betrag und möchte keine Testtransaktion wegen der hohen erc20 Gebühren machen. -

To do that with Ledger Live, click on the „Receive“ button on your account in LL, and check that the address can be verified on the ledger device.
Once this is done, you should reset your old ledger by entering a wrong PIN 3 times.
Once reset, it is safe to send back the faulty device to Ledger. If the faulty device does not even let you enter a PIN, the best option is to destroy the device and ship back the pieces. A large hammer can do the job.

You cryptos are on the blockchain, they are not in your ledger. A ledger device stores only one thing: your seed phrase, which is the key to access your accounts on the blockchain. In your case, they do not need to be moved anywhere else.
