Erhielt meine ledger nano x heute, war es bei 18% Batterie, wenn zunächst eingeschaltet. Eingesteckt, um zu laden, und zeigt an, dass es geladen wird, aber hat von 18% auf 0% in 5 Minuten trotz eingesteckt und wird nicht mehr einschalten gefallen. Irgendwelche Vorschläge? Ich habe ein Ticket mit Ledger geöffnet, wollte aber hier nachfragen, danke

Hey sorry to hear you have this issue! Unfortunately this is a common issue with the X. Many people have had this exact thing, including myself. My guess is its a battery or wiring issue. The only thing you can do now is request a replacement. It will take over a month to get the replacement. Good luck!

Received mine 5 hrs ago. Came with 30% charge. Put it on Galaxy note 20 ultra fast charger and set up the device. Checked the device through Ledger Live desktop, confirmed it is legit. Installed favourite coins and tokens.
Device fully charged to 99% in an hour.
Synced phone app and left it as that powered off . Just check 5 mins ago and it’s at 98% charge. I guess mine is all good.
Sorry about your case. Have you tried wall powered charger instead from the laptop usb port? I think wall charger has more amp. -
