  In mein Haus wurde eingebrochen und meine Recovery-Phrase ist kompromittiert. Ich kann nicht senden oder verkaufen meine BTC auf Ledger live aus irgendeinem Grund. Vor dem Einbruch habe ich versucht, Ledger über dieses Problem zu kontaktieren, ohne eine Antwort zu erhalten. Und sie nehmen keine Anrufe an. Einfach sauer, meine Gelder könnten genommen werden, weil Ledger-Support im Grunde nicht vorhanden ist.
  
  
  
  Bearbeiten: Ich war in der Lage, die Mittel von meinem Ledger-Konto mit Electrum zu entfernen. Wie ich unten sagte, unabhängig von mir nicht ordnungsgemäß Sicherung / Verstecken der Recovery-Phrase, die kontinuierliche fehlgeschlagene Transaktionen und vollständige Mangel an Kontakt von Support (über Wochen vor diesem) ist einfach inakzeptabel. Aber ich gebe dem Ledger-Support nicht die Schuld daran, dass mein Geld in Gefahr ist. Für mich war es nur ein Schlaglicht auf ihren schlechten Kundenservice für etwas, das wie ein Finanzinstitut betrachtet wird. Bei diesem Dienst steht eine Menge Geld auf dem Spiel, und es erschien mir zunächst merkwürdig, aber dann war ich plötzlich darauf angewiesen.

  If you have your seed phrase or ledger, you can easily move your funds to a safe address in a few seconds. What type of cryptos are you trying to move?

  I encrypt my seed phrase with aes256 and store it on Google drive with a long ass pass phrase I have memorized

  Ledger is a trash company in terms of both product and service, at least that was my experience. Sent back their broken garbage, bought Trezor and never had a problem since.

  Have you tried using Electrum instead? You can use it by connecting your device (if you still have it), or just by restoring the recovery phrase if you don’t have a device anymore and need to send the crypto immediately. (with the higher risks of exposing your seed phrase on your PC)
  
  But without giving more details about why you can’t send BTC, it will be hard to give you further advice.

  I made the best experiences with Ledgers support! But concerning the topic, does anyone know If there is something like a killswitch for my seed in case it gets compromised?
