Master public key and xPub actually refer to the same thing. All public addresses of a Ledger Live account are generated from it. To get the master public key (xPub) from your Ledger device, you can follow these steps:

1. Open Ledger Live and select your Bitcoin (BTC) account.
2. In the account, select the settings wrench icon.
3. Click on > Advanced to reveal your xPub and copy it.
