Ich versuche, meine ARB auf Kraken zu übertragen und erhalte dabei die Fehlermeldung,
„Das übergeordnete Konto ist nicht ausreichend für die Netzwerkgebühren“.
Der Support sagt mir, dass ich genug ETH für die Gebühren haben muss. Ok, ich habe genug ETH und wenn ich versuche, ETH an mein übergeordnetes ARB-Konto zu senden, das ETH hält – die Adresse ist die gleiche wie mein ETH-Konto und geht einfach dort hinein.
Wie kann ich Geld in die ETH ARB-Konto senden, wenn die Adresse ist die gleiche wie meine ETH-Konto?

In this case you need to make sure that the network you’re selecting is correct – as the Arbitrum network is a Layer2 built upon the Ethereum network, this is why the addresses are the same).
With this in mind, you can send your assets to the *same* account, but using a *different* network (in this case the Arbitrum network), and then you should be able to pay for the transaction fee without any issues.
