Not hacked… You were tricked by someone and you share your mnemonic seed. Easy as that.

Hacked? Need some context here. Did you willingly hand over your seed phrase? Ledger, infact no organization can do anything to help you. It’s an individual’s responsibility to keep their crypto safe. If you weren’t prepared to secure your own money, why did you buy into crypto?

Crypto is build on, no human intervention. It’s legit, computers that handle transactions.

Meanwhile figure out how you were compromised. Did you generate a new seed on the device when you bought it? Did you take any pictures of the seed or store it somewhere accessible? Did you ever enter the seed anywhere?

U gave words away

Happened over a month ago, maybe you accidentally revealed your seed phrase somewhere online without even knowing it.

You prob signed a bad contract on a fake page or for a scam token or many other things like this. You accept and it gives them access to drain whatever chain your on.. so if was on eth they can drain all eth and ERC20 tokens..

If your missing multiple tokens from diff chains then yes your seed got out is the only explanation

Afaik, you spoke about free tokens you “signed” up for. This might most likely be the culprit, you can easilly lose funds to scammers by signing malicious contracts for “free tokens”.

Need to be careful even ur phones can be compromised. Apple unknowingly and unwillingly takes a picture every 6 seconds without our approval. Keep phrase away from any capture device . Even webcam .

Did you have a passphrase ?

Your nano x was not hacked, you somehow gave away your seed, either willingly or by mistake, ledger is not at fault here, they have no obligation to help you

The txs do not give enough details : they show the result but gives no indication as to the cause. How did you get hacked ? Did you sign anything suspicious with your XRP private key ? Did you save your seed anywhere else than your dead wood backup ?

I guess then binance knows who it is? Go sue this dirty thief, hope he goes to jail

Why did you enter your recovery on your phone? What were you doing?

They can’t cuz no one can. If you weren’t solid with your security practice and someone got your phrase or you signed a bad contract it’s gone.
