Ich kann meine „zur Verfügung stehende“ ETH von Lido nicht beanspruchen

  Also, ich habe versucht, einige $stETH von Lido über die Registerkarte „Entdecken“ abzuheben. Ich habe sie vor zwei Jahren von dort mit meinem „Legacy“-Ethereum-Konto eingezahlt.
  
  Die Anfrage lief problemlos. Innerhalb weniger Stunden änderte sich der Status unter „My requests“ von pending auf ready to claim. Die Beantragung ist recht einfach, aber wenn Ledger Live prüft, ob alle erforderlichen Anwendungen installiert sind, zeigt es einen Fehler an. Ich erlaube Ledger Manager einfach über den Nano S und der Vorgang wird fortgesetzt.
  
  Aber wenn ich die Lido-App auf dem Nano S autorisiere, bleibt Ledger Live auf diesem Bildschirm hängen, auf dem sich das Rad ewig dreht.
  
  Ich habe versucht, über die Lido-Website zu beantragen, aber ich kann nicht das richtige Ethereum-Konto auswählen (das alte).
  
  Ich bin ratlos. Kann mir irgendjemand helfen?

  Have you tried connecting your Ledger to Metamask via Legacy derivation path option? I don’t use ledger live so not sure what’s wrong, but it MUST work with Metamask.

  Hey u/glis21, based off of your comments below (as well as u/Zatouroffski’s suggestion – great call on this by the way) – it sounds like you were able to access your ETH again – I’m glad to hear!
  
  As Zatouroffski mentioned, when you’re selecting the specific derivation path with a 3rd party wallet (in this case [MetaMask](https://www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask)), when you connect your Ledger as a hardware wallet – you’ll want to make sure it’s the correct derivation path, as there are a variety (in this case your account was a Legacy account, and so the Legacy derivation path was precisely where you wanted to look for said funds).
  
  For future reference (if any other community members are experiencing similar situations) – it’s always good to test out these different derivation paths and see if your funds generate, that way you can be certain one path may or may not work, and you can hone down your search from there.
