Gast::Was the seed phrase pre-filled on the paper or did you randomly generate it and have to write it down?
If the former it’s likely a scam, any money you transfer in won’t be able to be withdrawn or will be withdrawn by the scammer. (Multi sig wallet etc)
By all means try to transfer the eth to an exchange or alternative wallet (ie trustwallet on your phone).
Strongly recommend you reset the ledger, generate a new ledger address and report where you got the ledger from.

Gast::No, I didn’t send any funds to it as I didn’t have 4k in crypto and it was a brand new, fresh account, straight out of the box with new passphrase generated.
Thinking about it, I’m not sure how it would have been a sync issue if the ledger software (Mac) was a first time install.
I can’t remember if I emailed ledger but I’ll check my email and see if I can find the address. It definitely related to some Eth test account.

Gast::Ok, I’ve just checked my ledger support ticket and it was a new XLM account I made, not Eth.
The account was automatically added at the time was a burn account: GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWHF
I read another Reddit post saying it must have been a bug at the time.
Note: this issue was from 2021 and I assume it was corrected. I was curious to know why it happened.

Gast::Hey, it’s impossible for a newly set-up Ledger to have any funds in it. It’s possible you set-it up and added an ETH account and received to it as a test maybe?
Anyways the ETH block explorer is public data, you can copy paste this address and check it’s history and previous operations if there are any.
Regarding sync issues, they are common in Ledger Live’s interface, and the best way to keep Ledger Live’s block explorers synced is is to by making sure your versions are up-to-date in the order mentioned here: [https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/8458939792669-How-to-perform-a-complete-update-of-your-Ledger-setup?docs=true](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/8458939792669-How-to-perform-a-complete-update-of-your-Ledger-setup?docs=true)
Then head to Ledger Live settings > help > and clear cache to refresh its block explorers
I hope this helps
