Trezor Model T vs. Safe 3

Model T with a passphrase, if you’re not worried that much about physical attacks. It has better UX than TS3 because of its touch display.

Safe 3 is sufficient for Secure element + Passphrase. There is no need to pay 3 times more for a touch screen. (For long-term holders) You are unlikely to use it for transactions.

If money doesnt matter for you then go for model T because it is easier to work with.

If you dont want to spend that much go for Safe 3.

Yes model T doesnt have secure element.. but ask yourself do you really need it ? What is chance someone stealing it from you and even if someone steals it whats the chance he know what kind of device it is and even smaller chance that he is skilled enough crack it.. and if he cracks it he still doesnt have acces to passphrase because its not stored in device. Yes it is nice to have extra security but secure element or not Im not even little worried because I know my passphrase is nowhere close to the device.

But if you dont want touch screen go for Safe 3 I have both trezor devices that are available and also ordered the limited btc-only Safe 3 model not sure why lol.
