Ich hielt einige meiner Vet-Token auf Ledger nano x. Übertragen sie im vergangenen Jahr von einem Austausch und rcvd sie in der 3rd-Party-Wallet von nano Ledger bekannt als Sync. Nach einem Jahr öffnete ich es, um sie zurück an den Austausch zu senden, aber nicht in der Lage, sie zu finden, wie ledger nano ist jetzt sagen mir, Sync2 Wallet herunterladen, um meine Vet-Token zu halten.
Ledger nano Website hat eine Recovery-Methode gegeben, aber ich bin immer noch nicht in der Lage, sie zu finden, wie sie auch fragen uns, um die Nano-Ledger zu aktualisieren.
Ich habe die Methode ausprobiert, ohne mein Nano-Ledger zu aktualisieren, da ich ihnen keinen Hintertür-Zugang geben möchte, aber ich werde es schließlich tun, wenn das der letzte Ausweg ist, um die Token zurückzubekommen.
Hat jemand Erfahrung mit diesem Problem? Oder jede Hilfe in dieser Hinsicht würde sehr geschätzt werden, danke.

I’m no pro but I am confused. I have my tokens in sync and can open it and see them. No need to connect ledger at all. Did you have to download sync again and are trying to restore the wallet? I have not kept up but have not heard of sync2.
Ledger/ledger live should only require you to have the vet app. It should not be telling you what wallet you need or should use.
Looks like sync2 is another wallet that’s been around but not like an updated version to sync. You should be able to still use sync based on my limited research I did in the last 5 minutes.
In sync there should be a way to restore your wallet with your connected ledger. Make sure your vet app is up to date.
Oh but yeah you might be forced to update the firmware :/.

Hey – we understand your concern about your VeChain (VET) tokens. Ledger Nano X supports VET tokens, but they are not currently supported in Ledger Live. Instead, you need to use a third-party app like Sync or Sync2 to manage your VET tokens.
If you’re having trouble finding your tokens, it’s possible they are still in the original Sync wallet. You can try accessing them by connecting your Ledger device to the Sync2 wallet. Here’s how to do it: https://lite.sync.vecha.in/#/
If you’re still unable to locate your tokens, you might need to follow the recovery method provided by Ledger. Please note that updating your Ledger device is a standard procedure and does not provide „backdoor access“ to your device. It’s important to keep your device updated to ensure its security and functionality.
