Did the instructions with your Ledger say to download the app from Google?

When you set up a ledger, the seed words are always displayed on the ledger device (not in any app).

If you entered in the ledger some words that were displayed by an app on your phone or computer, you got scammed and you used a fake app.

Delete all the accounts on ledger live, uninstall ledger live, and install the correct ledger live from ledger dot com.

Reset your ledger and set it up as a new device, to generate a new seed. Then, use „add accounts“ to generate new accounts on ledger live.

Explain exactly what you did. Screenshot the app’s main page on the google play store. You typed your words somewhere. It’s the only way someone can get in and move your money.

The words should be given to you by the device and not an app. You can even do it by just plugging your nano into a wall socket (without a computer or app)

Did the Ledger Nano device generate the 24 words for you while you were setting up, right after generating/entering in the PIN?

Where did you get the seed words from? Were they displayed on the app or on the ledger screen, or did they come in the package with your ledger device?

New people need to YouTube and watch multiple videos on how to setup a ledger device correctly.

There are fake Ledger software so you only can download the real one from their site/site link. Not to rub salt in the wound, but their site is mainstream. Where did you download the ledger software from?

Based on the entire situation you described, I think the quoted portion is key. Because you didn’t download the Ledger Live software directly from the official Ledger website, you ended up downloading and running a malicious clone of the Ledger Live software that was designed to steal your crypto.

Always download directly from the official website. Google is most definitely not your friend.

You needed to download from the ledger site directly. Most likely malicious software. In the future with a new wallet/new software download at first only put in a small amount for a few days to see if stays put, then add over time. Sorry for your loss. Hate seeing this stuff.
